Finding Closure After a Job Interview ~ The Silence After the Interview

We have all been in a situation where we apply for a job, go through a nerve-wracking interview process, and then wait anxiously for a response, only to be met with.... silence. My curiosity was piqued when I saw someone listed in the position, so I decided to view their profile while keeping my LinkedIn account private.

Upon reviewing their profile, I found my closure. The selected candidate was perfect for the job. Their experience and qualifications spoke volumes about why they were hired. It was an enlightening moment for me. This experience assisted me in no longer thinking of the job or wondering what I could have done differently during the interview.
